Enterprise Florida, Inc. recognizes that “small business is the backbone of America” generating the majority of jobs in Florida . In fact, according to the Small Business Administration, small businesses in Florida employ over 41% of all workers. Furthermore, thanks to its favorable business climate and support resources, Florida ranks first in the nation in the number of new businesses registered in 2022. Your business can be part of this phenomenal growth.
Our Business Retention & Expansion (BR&E) Program is designed to support existing Florida businesses. First, we learn more about your business, its plans or challenges through free in-person consultations. We then connect your business with our statewide network of local economic development partners, including business and workforce organizations, financial institutions and the various chambers of commerce. Our BR&E program can also help Florida businesses export to the international markets through our own global presence and promotional trade events.
Our goal is to foster an “Open for Business” environment in which your business can thrive. When your business succeeds, it helps grow the local economy and strengthens our state’s economy to ensure your sustainability well into the future. All at no cost to you.
To better serve Florida’s business community, as well as address your specific needs, we would like to ask you to fill out a brief survey. Our goal is to align our resources with your needs. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete, and your responses will be kept confidential.
