The Finance and Compensation Committee will hold its quarterly meeting to assist the Board of Directors of Enterprise Florida, Inc. in overseeing the Organization’s management compensation policies and practices, including (1) making recommendations to the independent directors with respect to the compensation of the Organization’s Chief Executive Officer; (2) reviewing and approving management incentive compensation policies and programs; and (3) reviewing and approving bonus compensation programs for employees and exercising discretion in the administration of such programs.
